Jake and Emily have been with going to Nicky for over a year now. They leave in August to go to big school in September and they are very sad to be leaving, as am I. Nicky has provided a safe, supportive and engaging space for them since day one. She keeps the groups attendance small which really helps the children to form strong bonds both with each it her as well as with her. Emily has always been the more confident of the two, with Jake needing Emily's support for comfort and guidance. Nicky quickly worked this out and it was has been lovely to see her relationship with them grow. I am absolutely amazed by how far they have come in their learning. Nicky sits and does activities with them and their numbers have come on leaps and bounds. They are also reading before they're at school which is amazing! More recently they are learning to tell the time. I am confident that they will be in a great place for starting school.  They've been on walks around the local area and to parks and a trip to the farm. They loved the adventure of a bus trip! Nicky takes great care with putting suncream on, toilet training and anything first aid related. Handovers in the evening cover everything I need them to: behaviour, activities etc. She is always kind, caring and loving, whilst also putting in boundaries for the children.  I personally feel I've developed a very good working relationship with her and that I couldn't recommend anyone higher. I have complete confidence in her and she has become an extension of our family for the children. - Shona (Jake and Emily's Mum)
